Our Smoked Pizza Mozzarella is also available in sliced form. Pre-sliced mozzarella makes preparing cheesy dishes much easier. Use it as a pizza topping, in sandwiches, or even to garnish speciality dishes. We smoke our mozzarella exclusively over hardwood, which gives it its distinctive flavour. Paired with a full-bodied red wine, it's a true delicacy.
